Headlight restoration
Cloudy, yellow headlights, clear again.
Oxidized lenses dim your lights and age the whole front of the car. We sand the haze out, polish the lens clear and seal it so it stays that way. Done while you wait, any year of car.

What we actually do
Not a wipe-on kit. The lens is resurfaced.
Why they go yellow. Headlight lenses are polycarbonate with a thin factory clear coat. Sun breaks the coat down, the plastic underneath oxidizes, and the lens turns cloudy, then yellow. Light output drops with it.
Sand, polish, seal. We wet sand the failed coat and the oxidized layer off, step through finer grits until the lens is optically clear, then machine polish it. Last, a UV sealant goes on so the bare plastic is protected again. Skipping that last step is why the drugstore kits yellow back in a month.
Brighter at night. The light finally gets through the lens. Most people notice it on the first dark drive home.
Any year of car. Our 2011 and newer rule is for tint. Headlights we do on anything.

Questions
The short answers.
How long does it last?
With the UV sealant, years. The factory coat failed because it was thin and old. The sealant we put on is fresh and meant to take the sun.
Can you do it with the tint?
Yes. Add it on the Fast Quote form and it goes on the same quote and the same appointment.
What if the lens is cracked or has moisture inside?
Restoration fixes the outside of the lens. A crack or fog inside the housing needs a new assembly. Send a photo and we will tell you honestly which one you have.
What does it cost?
It depends on the condition. Tap Fast Quote, pick Headlight Restoration, and text us a photo if you can. The price comes back in minutes.
